Mount Harwood

Los Angeles, CA

Mt. Harwood is a mere bump on the east shoulder of Mt. San Antonio (Mt. Baldy) but by size it’s not a small peak in San Gabriel Mountains. For me myself it makes no sense to drive all the way down to southern California just to do Mt. Harwood and in fact, this was done as a mere add-on. The approach and return is written in Mt. San Antonio’s trip report and here I only show the photos from the summit. The ascent of its west ridge via San Antonio/Harwood col is a mere hands-in-pocket walk and has nothing to document about.
