Old Baldy

“Old Baldy” is the unofficial name of the bump immediately west of Church Mountain near Tamihi Creek in Chilliwack Valley. This peak is higher than the officially-named Church Mountain and offers better views. Vlad and I tagged it en route to our primary objective – Liumchen Mountain and on the way back we skipped this summit while going for Church Mountain. Given the insignificant nature of this peak and the unofficial status of the name I opted to not elaborate much in this trip report. The approach and return is written in the trip reports of my primary objectives and here I’m only showing the summit views. Nonetheless it was a gorgeous morning.
